Connected Real Estate Magazine publisher Rich Berliner is set to moderate a panel of leading industry experts at NAIOP New Jersey’s event on December 4 in Hoboken, NJ.
The event host, NAIOP New Jersey, is the leading organization for owners, developers and related professionals in office commercial industrial and mixed-use real estate and the logistics sector. The panel’s moderators will decode the tech and terms to further help attendees understand what they need to know to keep their properties viable, desirable and compliant.
“I was pleased to be invited to NAIOP NJ because so much of what is going on in commercial real estate revolves around connectivity,” Berliner said. “I love being in a room full of commercial real estate people hungry for information on what’s coming down the pike on in building wireless, 5G, DAS, IoT, and CBRS. With technology constantly advancing, the need to future proof commercial and residential buildings has also become increasingly important.”
Other experts that will be speaking along with Berliner include Tom Jackson of Ernst & Young, Victoria Lamberth of Zenfi, and Chris Wixome of JMA. The event is set to begin at 2:30 PM, with the program starting at 3:00 PM, giving additional time for networking opportunities. The topics that will be covered throughout the day include cybersecurity, connectivity, leasing insurance and liability. Attendees will have another opportunity to connect with one another later in the evening over cocktails from 5-6:00 PM.
“These events are a great way to educate commercial real estate executives on these topics,” added Berliner.
