Connected Real Estate Magazine Releases Report on the In-Building Wireless Ecosystem for CRE

Fifth Gen Media, publisher of Connected Real Estate Magazine recently released a white paper focused on the commercial real estate industry. Market strategy consultancy iGR’s founder Iain Gillott wrote the report titled, “The In-Building Wireless Ecosystem: A Guide for CRE.” The white paper is designed to help CRE owners, managers and builders address one of the biggest challenges they face—getting high-quality cellular service inside their buildings.
Connected Real Estate Magazine and iGR will hosted a webinar with the same title to review the white paper and its contents on Tuesday, April 16 at noon EST.
“The In-Building Wireless Ecosystem” will be beneficial to CRE owners in terms of in-building wireless connectivity, as it clearly explains some of the most commonly used terms in the industry, including 4G LTE, 5G, small cells, signal boosters, distributed antenna systems (DAS), Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), private LTE, Wi-Fi, edge computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and more.
“We developed this report specifically to aid CRE leaders in understanding the totality of what they need to know to be informed and up to date on what’s going on in the marketplace. It’s so much more than just 5G,” said Rich Berliner, Publisher of Connected Real Estate and CEO of Fifth Gen Media. ” The need for this information has become so vital for Commercial Real Estate owners and managers that we felt it was critical to put this material out now. The sponsors of this report (below) are educating CRE owners every day but there are so many more people to touch that we felt compelled to distribute this now. Our sponsors are ready to help owners with questions in greater detail.
Additionally, the white paper will include interviews with a number of the report’s sponsors, who happen to be some of the biggest players in the commercial real estate and wireless industries including Airwavz Solutions (with president Mark Horinko), ExteNet Systems (with Chief Technology Officer Tormod Larsen), Nextivity (with Senior Director of Product Management Joe Schmelzer), TruAccess Networks (with co-founder Jon Davis) and SOLiD (with President Ken Sandfeld). These companies and their offerings provide a good starting-off point for commercial real estate owners looking into their in-building wireless options.
